1. Condemn Sin - "And all the country of Judea and all Jerusalem were going out to him (John the baptist) and were being baptized by him (John the baptist) in the river Jordan, confessing thier sins" (Mark 1:5; cf. Matthew 3:1; 14:3-4; 23).
2. Humble Yourself - "Holier than thou" type of people repel sinners. Humble people, who admit they are sinners, attract sinners to them (cf. Matthew 18:1-4; Luke 18:9-14; John 8:1-11; Phillipians 2:2-11).
3. Befriend Sinners - "Now the tax collectors and the sinners were all drawing near to him (Jesus). And the Pharisees and the Scribes grumbled, saying, "This man receives sinners and eats with them" (Luke 15:1-2).
